10. Rev. Ingram Corbin, M.A.. "Mrs. C. M. Toll, presented by my mother" on the cover, entitled "The Illustrated Domestic Bible". Hartford, CT, Case, Lockwood and Company, 1868. "Miscellaneous" page says:
"Children of John D. and Margaret P. Toll
August 2nd 1829 born Simon 1st son died Sept 9th 1829
" 24th 1829 born Simon 2nd son died Nov 15 1898"

I don't know what to make of it - the two birth dates appear incompatible, but the people who wrote the entries (same hand) presumably knew up from down...
The Toll genealogy lists only the years...

supposedly says he had 6 sons & 4 daughters, and F.W. Glen says his maternal grandfather had 5 sons and 2 daughters.
